The main concepts and current problems of the preparing system of runners in modern sport theory
Abstract
This paper discusses of the current position of the preparing process of the athletes in the context of the runners. The literature review shows that there are different approaches in the training theory of the runners. It should be more successive if the coaches give their attention to the effective training way to achieve their goals.
