Green Economy as a Priority Direction in Diversification of the National Economy

Abstract
This article discusses the development of a green economy and liberalization of the economy in the context of diversification of the national economy, reducing the role of the state in the economy and expanding the participation of the private sector in the new phase of reforms based on the principles of widespread market mechanisms.
