METHODOLOGY OF RISK STUDY AND ANALYSIS IN THE LABOR PROCESS

Abstract
This article describes the legal framework for the organization of labor protection in production, the specific methods of analyzing the levels of risk that arise in the working environment. Recommendations on the mechanism for evaluating effective methods used in risk analysis are given.
