Abstract
In this article, it was told about the implementation of the corporate governance system for joint-stock companies of Uzbekistan, the analysis of the compliance with the global principles of the current corporate governance, and the national corporate governance system in accordance with the corporate code in the context of the diversification of the economy development of proposals and recommendations on corporate management in the activities of joint-stock companies based on the latest changes.
